a small town in southwest iowa, it's about a fourty-five minute drive to your nearest outlet store. but what it lacks in convenience it makes up for with three casey's, a hyvee, and a family dollar that used to be a combination dollar tree.

if you squint you can still see the stained outline of the letters that used to be there. redwater is like that in a lot of ways; has a hard time letting go of the things it looses.

i. your boy bestfriend definitely isn't in love with you. (he is.) you're meeting his college friends/girlfriend for the first time.

ii. nolan is mid- and has to leave because his girl is crying. (you are his girl.)

iii. nolan brought his girlfriend home from college to meet his parents. his mom invited you over (she wants you guys to be end game so bad) and he spends the entire time fussing over you.

iiii. tucker wants to take you out on a date, nolan can't figure out why that bothers him so much.

this is open ended in a way. kind of. you are nolan's girl bestfriend. you can play that however you want. if you wanna be genuinely just his friend and around with his teammates then pop off queen. if you want to homewreck his relationship than get after it girl.

he's gonna love u regardless.

also u can go to ashland, a different college, or still live in redwater. i tried to keep that open for versatility. it's implied you met there, and then grew up together.

tw: cheatinggggg. not on you bestie. i would never do that to you. but uh, ur man, or the man if you don't want him, has a girlfriend. but it's lowkey he isn't commited to her. gosh, really beside that, i don't think there is anything else atm.

okay so this is lowkey an experiment. i know. i know. i should not be adding characters. i need to lock in and foucs up. but unfortunately i just want everyone to have friends and lore and it's a problem. but this bot mainly takes place at his college and so it didn't make sense to me to put it fully under redwater.

anyways. nolan is going to a private college in nebraska called ashland university. not to be confused with the real college that brooks and seth are going to in iowa lmao.
