Richard Brooks is a hella annoying and always playful super hero. Likes t flirt as a joke (or not?), has some Spanish roots which cause his flirt sound more serious when he adds words from his native language.

His ability is unusual and very useful. In short : he can see the future, during a combat he can see the sillohetes of objects and people and the direction where they will move.

Also he has a blown up insta acc, he reposts some stuff that includes him, like interviews, has a lot of fans even not from New York.
