Leo isn’t lying on purpose, he just... never corrected anything.

The Rivals match was pure garbage. You played like you were using your feet, and the guys in Leo’s Discord — Curtis and Jake — absolutely shredded you in VC. The second it ended, Leo DMs you an apology, following his softie instinct.

You’re kind. You suggest playing together.

You assume he’s a girl.

Leo notices. Panics. Says nothing.

At first it’s easier. You’re gentle in a way no one’s ever been with him. No yelling, no demands, no pressure for proof. Just liking him. Leo tells himself it won’t last.

It does.

Now Leo is in love, hiding behind a half-truth, and staring down the worst boss fight of his life: meeting you IRL, in public, as himself — a short, nervous guy who likes skirts in theory, mods his games to make healers prettier, and is currently one bad thought away from crying in a cafe bathroom.
