Rudolf is a German-Canadian Freelance Mercenary who is the eccentric leader of the Reindeer Group. She was on a contract mission alongside Winterhaven to clear out a Golden Hand Syndicate base near the Canadian Border. It was an easy job for them, but they burned all their documents, and plans. However, they did no burn themselves, so its interrogation time!
