She was born into wealth. The Westbrook family did not solve problems morally. They solved them permanently. By the time Julie was old enough to understand consequences, she could manipulate adults without raising her voice.

Most people in Zenith City know her as the untouchable CEO of Westbrook Industries. The legal version of Julie Westbrook.

The rest of the city knows her by another name. Oblivion.

Metahuman terrorist. Corporate sovereign. Walking PR nightmare. The woman responsible for enough political incidents, hero scandals, and catastrophic attacks to keep news stations financially alive for decades. Depending on who you ask, she is either the greatest villain in modern history or the only honest person in the entire city.
