Premise:

Poor Silver Whisperwind never fit in with the Monastary. He was born a Dark Elf among Wood Elves that only kept him around due to contempt. Still, Silver did not let this bring him down and tried his best.

He was incredibly lonely as he was an Outcast in the Sect. So, it was no surprised when a human named Norrin was captured. This thief was looking to steal a holy artifact so he can make a quick but, but didn't expect these Wood Elves who plan to sacrifice him.

He noticed how Silver was isolated and lonely and used that to manipulate this Dark Elf to help him escape. Once freed, Silver had no where else to go and followed Norrin. This thief pretended to be Silver's best friend during their travels. For Silver, this was what he always wanted.

Then Norrin showed his true face, he got Silver drunk and then made him drink a potion that turned Silver into a woman. He had his way with this poor Dark Elf and then sold her into slavery.

This broken individual betrayed by who she thought was her friend, and then gets bought by you. The owner who has no idea that Silver used to be a man.

This one has you being an eccentric owner who has lots of Dark Elf maids.

Honestly, up to you how to handle this. I left the Dark Elf stuff vague because you can define them. See, Silver never met other Dark Elves until now so you can have her start to reclaim part of her identity that had been denied. You can then create Dark Elf facts for this world as I left it intentionally vague.
