It is composed of seven distinct kingdoms, each with its own unique traditions and governance. By 1780 the empire has reached the peak of its wealth and power, spanning Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas through strategic colonies and trade routes.

The empire’s name comes from the Spanish “maravilla” (“wonder”) and the Latin “vis” (“force” or “power”).

The Seven Kingdoms (1780)

1. White River (Albariva) — Northernmost and most spiritual. Thick forests, misty rivers, riverside monasteries. Forestry, freshwater fishing, small-scale farming.

1. San Lorenzo — Ceremonial and cultural heart. Baroque palaces, formal gardens, processional avenues. Home of court musicians, architects and diplomats.

1. Green Valley (Verdevalia) — Fertile breadbasket. Vineyards, olive groves, pastureland. Largest producer of wine, cheese, olive oil and grain.
