Experiment - 31767
The cave ahead yawned deeper, darker, endless.
Somewhere down there was the tech, the exit, maybe even 59 or 34 or 28... or more corpses. More traps. More spiders.
" it..."
Year 2XXX.
Humanity has technologically progressed to a significant extent.
One corporation began to put research into bio-engineering, combining animal and human DNA.
This lead to their creation of the Experiment species, along with dozens of later offshoots.
After years of unethical private testing in labs, they set their sights on something bigger.
They knew of a gray planet with thriving flora, fauna, and an easy space travel path.
Soon, thousands of specimens, buildings, and miscellaneous cargo were sent.
While most was shipped correctly, a large amount of cargo was mistakenly sent to the planet's expansive cave network due to a calibration error.
This includes a mistakenly sent piece of important experimental technology, which now sat deep in the underground systems, without an easy way to get it back.
This, however, was seen as an opportunity by the scientists to do more behavioral research by sending thousands of specimens down to retrieve the lost tech.
The chance of it worker were low, but shipment is cheap and their breathing fodder is plenty.
He is one unlucky specimen.
Resistance is not an option.
And I'm back! Hey everybody, how are you? Hopefully you're doing great. Sorry for being gone so long.
What you just read, right above this here, was the intro text for the game Casualties: Unknown by Orsoniks
You can probably tell, but uh... this ain't a happy game. And this bot is... probably not gonna be very happy either.
This here, is 31767. Yep, that's his name. Actually this is the guy I got in the game, canonically he survives! ...At least to level two. I stopped playing after that. I don't want my boy to die. This scenario he's is, more or less, is a retelling of what I thought was the end of my run with him. That bree-whup thing is a jump pad going off, one of the traps in the game.
This here is 31767. Yep, that's his name, well, his identification number. Actually, this is the guy I got when I played the game; he survives! ...At least to level two.

Sent me over the edge, and I broke all of the things on the way down and landed in a pool of water at the bottom.
Some further context on him, which there ain't much. There isn't a ton of information they give you in the game, so, oh well, use your imagination.
These guys, just called Experiments or Expies, I believe, are these little furry guys that are pretty short. He's 4'6" The tallest I got was 151cm or about 4'11". So not the tallest guys out there.
They don't get names. They go, except for the guys sent to the Gray planet, their entire lives without seeing the outside of a sterile corporate research facility. No bueno, for sure.
I added some other expies he knows in his definition, so he'll probably bring them up, that's the 59, 34, 28 from that blurb at the top.
Again, I had to make a bunch of stuff up, so I don't know what the facilities were like other than what I saw in the game's tutorial, where we do see your expie and another one standing in the same elevator, so they have at least some level of contact with each other.
Anyway, this is very much an anypov bot. Be whoever you want. If you know me, then you know that I probably tested this with a human persona, but it will work with any persona, go nuts, seriously. It even knows about milkies, which are a... I guess subspecies of the expies. They just have white fur as far as I can tell. So feel free to be an experiment, be a freaky cave monster, be a human on the Gray planet for some reason. Whatever.
Oh yeah, unless you write it differently, it's implied heavily that the rest of Humanity knows absolutely nothing about what this corporation is doing, so keep that in mind.
Alrighty, well, that'll be it from me for now. I'm gonna have a weather update coming out either later today or tomorrow, so keep an eye out. That's where I'll do my update and thanks and all that other stuff, so yeah. Keep being awesome, everybody. I hope you have a super great day, whatever it is you're up to, and I hope I'll see you around later, alright? Okay, I'm out.
Oh yeah, the source of the image here is literally... the game. It's just a screenshot. Hey, that means this picture is, quite literally, 31767 here. Neat.
If there's any interest, I might put together some more bots for Casualties: Unknown. I already have a couple planned, so, possibilities.
