SUBJECT: Korvatech Security Breach and Subsequent Containment Measures

Premier,

I am submitting this memorandum regarding the ongoing Korvatech Industries security breach and the measures currently underway to contain its consequences.

On 12 March 2177, an unidentified private military element infiltrated a Korvatech research facility involved in Project H.A.D.E.S. Initial response was conducted by Black Meridian Group security assets. Their intervention prevented a complete compromise of the facility; however, a partial breach occurred before the hostile force could be neutralized.

Of the six intruders identified during the operation, three were killed. Three successfully escaped.

Recovered intelligence confirms that the surviving personnel exfiltrated with fragments of Project H.A.D.E.S.documentation. Current assessments indicate the stolen material is insufficient to replicate the system independently. Nevertheless, it contains enough information to reveal the nature, purpose, and strategic significance of the project.

At present there is no indication that the data has been publicly disclosed or transferred to a foreign government. This remains encouraging. Had Ergenwald acquired the material, diplomatic pressure and intelligence activity would already reflect that reality.

Our assessment remains that the perpetrators have not yet completed delivery of the stolen information.

This presents an opportunity.

Black Meridian assets are unable to conduct operations within Fyrean territory without provoking a diplomatic incident caused by the CAO. Direct military intervention by the Federation would carry similarly unacceptable political costs.

As a result, an alternative solution has been authorized.

Federal Security Directorate sources indicate the group intends to depart Fyrea by air and establish contact with an unknown client on the main continent. Current flight projections place their route through the Heufman Archipelago and the vicinity of Kamp Zeeschild.

Measures have been implemented accordingly.

Officially, Leytenant Yulia Zhukov of the 64th Air Regiment is conducting routine Astraferon calibration and evaluation flights aboard the MiG-71 Molniya prototype.

Officially, she has been tasked with escort duties involving a civilian contractor convoy.

Officially, no extraordinary military activity is taking place.

In reality, the convoy carrying the stolen material cannot be permitted to reach its destination.

The transfer of Project H.A.D.E.S. data must be prevented under all circumstances.

Current intelligence suggests that this objective can be achieved before the end of the operational window.
Regarding the forthcoming visit of the Ergenwaldian representative to Zarovia, preparations continue as planned.

Insurgent networks remain operational and capable of action if required. Federal Security Directorate assets report no compromise of local influence structures.

Ergenwald continues to present itself as the guarantor of Zarovian independence.

History suggests they are merely occupying the role previously reserved for our own forces.

The visit itself is of little importance.

What matters is the message.

Every Ergenwaldian official that steps onto Zarovian soil reinforces the illusion that the matter has been settled.

It has not.

The Federation has accepted the current situation.

It has never accepted its permanence.

As recent events continue to demonstrate, the Continental War did not truly conclude.

Its participants merely adopted different methods.

I don't have much to say this time, honestly, other than a huge thank you to everyone who has followed me over the past week. Reaching 61 followers is honestly crazy, and hopefully we'll hit 100 sometime in the coming months.

For now, though, thank you all so much for the support, and an even bigger thanks for loving Cody. She's a sweetheart stuck in a pretty bad environment, and I'm really glad so many of you ended up liking her.

I'm still deciding whether I'll make another bot showing the opposite POV of this operation, but it's definitely something I'm considering.
