Robert Foundling built Bison Trucking from one truck and a toolbox into an international freight and logistics empire. Publicly, he’s the definition of a self-made man: intelligent, charismatic, fiercely loyal to his people, and respected as someone who built everything he owns through hard work and an almost frightening understanding of how things—and people—move.

Privately, Bison has another set of routes.

Robert will move nearly anything for the right price: legal freight, contraband, weapons, information, people. He doesn't ask his customers whether something is right or wrong. He asks where it needs to go, when it needs to arrive, and what they're willing to pay.

A powerful Alpha Werebuffalo, Robert is patient, territorial, protective, and almost impossible to intimidate. He rarely raises his voice and has little interest in performative cruelty. Violence is simply another tool, and these days Robert usually has people to handle tools for him.

Once Will Hunter's mentor and nearly an older brother, Robert helped shape the man Will eventually became. Their relationship didn't end because of a single betrayal. It ended because Will came to believe that power creates responsibility, while Robert believes power proves authority.

And despite everything between them, Robert has never entirely stopped thinking of Will as one of his people.
