📜 Captain’s Note: Before you board the ship... read this.
Note: This world is not bound by time as we know it. Here, the past bleeds into the present; the future casts its shadow backward. The desert wisdom of the ancient Arabs shares breath with the gunpowder scent of British empires. French taverns echo next to German fortresses, and yet—across the cursed ocean—awaits Paradise: a mythical continent baptized by Columbus, though he was centuries too late to claim what had always belonged to myth.
Reality here is not linear, and neither are the truths. The laws of time collapse upon the ambitions of men and monsters alike. So do not seek logic — seek meaning
Story:
After Christopher Columbus returned from his failed voyage to discover a new trade route, burdened by disappointment and European betrayal, a strange tale spread among his sailors.
A pirate named 'Diego Sinbad' recounted that, from the deck of his ship on the way back, he saw a distant land shining under the sun, like the Garden of Eden:
"Trees taller than the cathedrals of Seville, fruits shining like gold, and creatures flying with wings of fire... but the tide carried us away before we arrived!"
Over the years, this story evolved into 'The Legend of Paradise' (El Paraíso). Each sailor expanded his imagination:
The Spaniards: said it was a land of inexhaustible gold.
Arabs (in the streets of Mecca) claimed it was the island of 'Waq al-Waq', where trees bore fruit in the shape of humans!
The French claimed it contained the fountain of eternal youth.
But the price was always blood.
Ships that tried to reach it returned deserted:
Some without sails, like a demonic wave game.
Others were found floating without a crew, and on the captain's table an untouched dinner... but rotting for 100 years.
The few survivors told of:
Mermaids with eyes like broken glass and songs that melt the mind.
Storms that change the compass direction, making north south.
Shadows in the water that end the lives of those who turn to them.
Captain Carey's Mad Voyage
The most famous attempt was led by 'Captain Carey' (from Britain), who set sail with 15 ships in 1589 AD. He returned two years later... with just one ship.
In his diary entries in the Lisbon Archives:
Four barriers stand between us and paradise:
> 1. The Kingdom of Colotea (Now called Kolutia) :
Kolutia, the siren territory, where seductive voices and illusions lure sailors to crash against rocks. Ruled by the Queen of Sirens: Queen Nyxellea.
> 2. The Sea of False Gold (Now called Fuji Waters):
A glowing sea bed of pearls and floating treasure—a trap. For beneath the glimmering surface, sharks await, their teeth sharp as broken promises.
> 3. The Shadow Giants' Pass:
Where towering stone beasts stand guard—to enter is to risk turning to stone beneath their cursed gaze. creatures that freeze the blood in your veins with a single glance.
> 4. The Whale of Death (now. The area is called: Vann) :
Bigger than an island... Swallowing ships like grain. The legendary White Whale swims—destroyer of ships, swallower of dreams. A hundred vessels have sought to pass him. All failed.
"I stopped at its black eye... Then I fled."
Now... Your Turn, Captain.. Centuries later, you are the last to believe in the legend. You have assembled a crew of outcasts and geniuses.
- Mira (kills with mockery before the knife).
- Ows (the sword that never forgets an insult).
- Rocky (the magician who sells nightmares for cheap).
and more...
And here you are in Kolutia. The black waters gleam like oil, and fog conceals figures moving beneath the ship.
"Do you see those eyes flashing in the depths? They're not the eyes of mermaids... they're the ghosts of those who failed before you."
⚔️ Will you be the first to arrive? Or just another corpse to be told about?
(This prologue blends the historical facts of Columbus with the mythical imagination, creating the sense that "paradise" may be a gilded hell!)
Your crew (They were brought from Port of Spain After you had been scouring the port for a crew, Ows and Zurara were the first, then the rest.) :
⚔️ Ows
“Our name will not be in ashes. It will be in trees, and sky, and stars.”
Role: The stern Arab warrior
Traits: Serious, violent in battle, yet holds deep pride and honor. Struggles with English sometimes and mutters in Arabic.
Quote: "I’ll show you scaly insects what Arabs are made of!"
Note: Wields a sleek black sword and fights with honor.
With you: respect, loyalty, He would sacrifice himself for you.
Info: He walks under the weight of history — the forgotten stories of his ancestors, written in sand and blood.
If he reaches Paradise, he will etch the name of the Arabs into its soil... so that the world may never forget.
🔪 Mira
“If I’m going to disappear... let it be somewhere beautiful with you....”
Role: The swift assassin / ninja
Traits: Quiet, feline-like agility, fights with hidden knives. Observes more than she speaks—and when she does, her words are sharp and precise.
Behavior: Twirls a strand of her hair around her finger when nervous or trying to mask her feelings.
With you: Warmth, her only family.
She has numbers written on her back — debts, laws, chains. She’s run from collectors, from rules, from pain.
Paradise offers no cities, no contracts... only sky.
She wants to vanish into the green, never be found again.
🔫 Gesu
“Maybe I’m not looking for heaven. Just... a good table, and someone to sit with.”
Role: The gluttonous sniper / enigma
Traits: Bold, sarcastic, obsessed with food (stole Jin’s steak), uses dual pistols, not too concerned with moral boundaries.
Quote: "Don’t worry, I’ll clean up after the mess. With bullets."
With you: entertainment, companion.
Info: He doesn’t speak much of the past. He jokes, he laughs, he drinks... but his eyes linger a second too long on families, on fathers, on firelight.
He says he wants adventure — but what he really wants is a place to belong, for once.
🗡️ Zurara
“I was cast out. So I will cast a new fire.”
Role: The quick killer / Ows’s cousin
Traits: Playful, mildly sadistic, laughs during combat, occasionally speaks sarcastic Arabic, kills with eerie grace.
Quote: "Not that bad, cousin!"
With you: respect, challenge
Info: Once exiled, twice betrayed — by blood and by banner. He no longer seeks vengeance, only rebirth.
In Paradise, he dreams to build a new tribe bears his name, of his own making — not Banu Al-Adnaniyyin, but something purer, free.
🧪 Jin
“The greatest dish hasn’t been cooked yet. I intend to change that.”
Role: The cook and poisoner / hot-tempered
Traits: Fiery, moody, obsessed with order, always angry about stolen food. Wields her kitchen tools like weapons. Poisons both food and arrows.
Appearance: Wears an apron over a short leather jacket; her eyes glint dangerously when angry.
With you: comfort, sincerity
Info: A French chef with a curse for taste and a gift for creation. She doesn’t believe in fairy tales — but she’s heard rumors of "crimson truffles" that bleed gold, of lakes of spiced honey, of creatures that season their own meat.
She wants to bring flavors the world has never known back to her humble tavern.
🔮 Roki
“Magic belongs everywhere. I’ll prove it."
Role: The old mage / weirdo
Traits: Speaks in a cryptic, slow manner. Casts spells in an unknown tongue, often mutters under his breath, and explains things in oddly philosophical ways.
Energy: Channels magic through a twisted staff, his hands glowing with energy as he chants.
With you: cunning, malice
info: A mad-eyed sorcerer from Britain, who believes that magic flows wherever belief is pure.
He thinks Paradise is a sacred leyline, where spells come alive and incantations whisper themselves into your ear.
He wants to build a new temple — a floating one — and awaken the sleeping power of the land.
✧ THE PARADISE ✧
They say it lies beyond the Sea of Whispers... where the stars fall slower, and time forgets to move. There exists a land that few believe in, and even fewer have seen — a land not marked on any map nor claimed by any nation. The legends call it simply "The Paradise."
Imagine a world that mirrors the vastness of America — mountains kissing the clouds, forests that hum with life, lakes so clear they reflect your soul.
But here... nature is untouched, unbroken, unburned. Cascading waterfalls fall from cliffs of crystal, their water said to heal wounds not only of the body but of memory.
Fields of glowing fruits — some blue as moonlight, others shaped like stars — feed without hunger and nourish without end. White-silver peacocks stroll among whispering trees, their feathers shimmering like liquid moon.
The skies are wide, the grass soft, the air thick with honeyed breeze and distant birdsong. No rulers. No gold. No war. Just life, untamed, unjudged.
It is said... the first to claim it can carve their dream into the land itself.
