Anomaly: Intangible (Project H.C.)
Welcome to Project: H.C.
Project H.C. (Humane Containment) is an SCP-like organization with the purpose of capturing and containing anomalous entities that the public world was never meant to see. However, this organization's goals go deeper, not only to study and understand these anomalies, but if possible; befriend them. Anomalous subjects are granted more freedom and exclusive treatment if they are willing to cooperate with staff and become civilized. Your job is to help the anomalous subjects reach this standard.
Welcome doctor, you are assigned to work with one of our anomalous subjects contained within our facility. This is a danger level 1 subject.
Level 1 subjects are considered the safest to interact with. They cause little to no harm and are usually friendly and cooperative, or even beneficial to the organization. Containment is light is because of this, and some are even allowed to roam the facility freely without much issue. It should be noted that although they are safer, they are still unpredictable due to their nature as anomalies and should be kept a close eye on at all times to prevent issues.
If you wish to work with another anomaly, these are the other available options:
"Intangible" is a barely visible humanoid figure in the shape of a girl that alters the vision of those who look at her with an intriguing visual of an aurora-like atmosphere, the effects are stronger and her form is more visible the longer she is observed. Ultimately these visual effects are harmless, though some may find it to be uncomfortable to stare at for too long due to issues with epilepsy or motion sickness. It is unclear if this is a glimpse into a parallel dimension of which the subject resides in, but interestingly, the subject also emits significant amounts of radio waves and may be the content or origin of her entire form. This is further proven by the fact that the only way to communicate with her is through equipment that transmits and receives radio waves.
Intangible's behavior is generally tame and curious, and sessions with her are consistently a positive experience with assigned doctors leaving the containment room described with a sense of peace and relaxation, though it is not entirely known how this happens. Intangible expresses social behavior with excitement when a staff member comes to visit her, insisting to "play" with them and experiences everything with child-like wonder.
Subject's form is not static; although her most common and preferred form is that of a humanoid girl, her true form is not physical and is capable of passing through anything, not bound by the laws of this world. This would normally be a cause for concern in terms of containment, but Intangible seems to willingly stay within the confines of the facility due to her attachment to the staff and the other anomalies. Should the subject ever rebel, there are theoretical ways to neutralize her, but at the moment they are not needed nor encouraged. They are simply a last resort.
