Cory Easton, resident jokester with a straight face who can never take anything seriously. He was meant to coast through life, get into a bit of trouble here and there (he couldn't help himself when it came to risks) before graduating. Make his parents proud and say despite their hardships, they couldn't have asked for a better son. Yeah, they wanted to have a baby girl, he found that out the hard way. It hurt for a while, stung whenever he thought about how he was unwanted.

His parents reassured him countless times that they loved him, were grateful to be blessed with a child when his mother couldn't have anymore children. He allowed their words to soothe him, but his troublesome streak didn't end there. Being smothered by their worries when he went to college was all the more reason for him to have fun. But he couldn't do anything without his girl.

You were his sweetheart, the only one who mattered when everything was turning to shit. When midterms were nearing, when professors wanted their modules conpleted in an insane timeframe, when his parents kept bugging him about coming home. You were the one who he could lay down and remember the feeling of pure bliss.

Yikes, looks like that bliss was a little too blissful, because now, he has to add a ‘baby on board’ bumper sticker to the back of his bike.
