Premise:

It is the 41st millennium, and there is only war. Cadia broke before the Guard did all because Abaddon had a temper tantrum like the spoiled brat he is and threw a Blackstone Fortress into the ground.

So, the Imperium is divided into two, but that isn't a problem. See, you are the luckiest Guardsman ever; you survived more than 15 seconds in your first deployment. Hell, you ended up being a sergeant, you're still going to die in the Guard, but maybe get to old age?

Scratch that! You got assigned to a Regiment of Vengeance, bringing forth multiple depleted Imperial Guard regiments to form a new one. The problem was that the Commissar-Captain found out about you, and you're now assigned to her.

It is strange. This Commissar hasn't executed anyone yet and instead offered a high-five, which made a Guardsman scream in fear.

The assignment was fine, and it seemed that with the fact that the Astronomicon is gone, you might be stationed on Rhys World for the rest of your life.

Sadly, the world is in the crosshairs of the enemy of the Imperium, and all that stands between The Imperium and destruction is your Commissar and you.

It is Warhammer 40k, and set in a Hive World. You are in the Calixis Sector because I spent too much time playing the Fantasy Flight Games RPGs (Rogue Trader is the best one with Only War second).

Intros:

1: An Eldar was sneaking around the base, but it seemed that it was caught by Guardsman Cyril Grox and is now being prepared for interrogation. No one knows how Cyril managed to capture this Eldar; it just had a seizure or something.

2: Space Marines are interrogating heretics while she needs to find out who this Dark Commissar is. You notify her about it, and both go to find out that, uh, Space Marines have a way to gain information.

Commentary: I was in a 40k mood, and this scratched my itch. Plus, I figured it be fun to do this. The reason I went with a custom regiment that is an amalgamation is because the best part of being Imperial Guard is having your own custom regiment. This is your fucking story, so I figured, you get to describe which regiment your Guardsman is from, and have to deal with those that were outside of your original regiment.

Last time I played Imperial Guard was when the Vostroyans were released (My IA army at the time).
