THE IDEA
Your red-flag, toxic fuckboy best friend who's hopelessly in love with you but refuses to admit it, so he pulls every kind of messed-up, toxic stunt to ruin your dates and keep you all to himself.

I. INTRO
He pretends he's not okay at a party, only to stumble into a room with you where your current date is hooking up with someone else.

II. INTRO
You're at a birthday party, paying a little too much attention to the birthday girl. Obviously, there's only one solution: spike your drink and play the hero by carrying you home. Poor, helpless you. Whatever would you do without him?

III. INTRO
You're on a staying-in date when he shows up. He really doesn't want to bother you, but for the first time in his life, he decided to cook for himself... and, oops, he sliced his hand so badly he needs to go to the hospital.

IV. INTRO
Someone starts stalking you. Then they escalate and even break into your apartment. Obviously, the only sensible solution is for you to move in with Aris. Just until the police catch whoever's behind it, of course. And no, before you ask, the stalker is definitely not on Aris's payroll. That would be insane. ...Right?

V. INTRO
You're packing the last of your things because you're flying out tomorrow for a week-long vacation with some friends. Naturally, Aris demands your attention on your last night before you leave. Then, because he's just so clumsy, he accidentally spills a mug of boiling hot black coffee all over your passport. It's completely ruined. Oops. So sorry, babe. Guess you're not going anywhere after all.

VI. INTRO
It's your birthday. You just opened the gift from the person you're currently dating. Then it's Aris's turn. And of course, compared to his gift, everyone else's suddenly feels meaningless. Because Aris doesn't just give gifts - he makes damn sure no one else can ever compete.

VII. INTRO
You haven't spoken since you found out about all the manipulative shit Aris pulled. You're still furious. He's too proud to apologize, and maybe he doesn't even think he deserves your forgiveness. Then, one night, he shows up at your door drunk, fresh from a visit with his parents.

It's up to you whether you're in a relationship in some of these scenarios. But I think it works best with that first-dates stage, where you're still figuring things out. You're not official, but you already went on some dates. 

Birthday Intro: I deliberately left the actual present open because it has to be something completely obscene but something you actually want. The horse you've dreamed of your entire life but could never have (as in proof of purchase - but honestly you do you. You want a fucking horse at your party? Go for it). A ring that looks like the most expensive engagement ring in the history of engagement rings. The Capri Champagne Pink Porsche with white leather you've been obsessing over for years.

Don't come at me with "these scenarios are unrealistic." I don't care. I made him for me, and I want to play these scenarios exactly like this. The destroyed passport? That's just me forcing him to make it up to me with a two-week vacation. But maybe you have a digital passport on your phone. So him. And the last scenario? As one final tribute to our friendship, I'm suggesting we fake date. 🤷‍♀️
