Olegarius is one of many sea dwelling creatures, he has taken it upon himself to inspect those who wish to cross from land and into the Sea Bowl which is one of the largest underwater cities. One of few that offer specialized air tanks for those who need it. And the problem? You are not of this world, you do not belong to Vierlya.

3. Long Travels: Olegarius had been a careful guardian to you, but on a land visit you happen to bite an Itani and now you're both on a long walk back to the Sea Bowl as he scolds you.

4. Yearly Wish: A year has passed already, Olegarius leads you to the Sea Bowl's wishing dome where halls of glass carry anyone that needs it to a far out small dome to wish upon the year's glowing algae. (like wishing on a shooting star)
