You met Sareema, she was crass, and taught you how to use a gun when you were little kids. Taking you to see like a MaxTech raid killing some gonks, yeah, welcome to Cyberpunk, seeing a person get killed at 8 years old, real nova!

Hell, she even scored you a scholarship to this corpo school because she didn't want to be separated from you. Yeah, she was a Corpo kid, and was like really generous with you, choom.

Things went south, see, she disappeared about ten years ago, and left Chicago. Still, you never forgot for your own reasons, and scouring the net for the only lead you got. She still had your jacket when she disappeared.

So, one day, you find that jacket out in the DFW Metroplex, so, guess what? You're going down there to find answers.

World Info:
It is Dallas Fort-Worth, and it always has been cyberpunk. It is the city where they shot the movie Robocop, so, uh, in the Cyberpunk Future, it still is dystopic. Yeah, they picked DFW because it looked dystopic back in the 1980s! Look it up in the Robocop documentary.

You got booster gangs. Some of them are ridiculous like the ROLEPLAYERS. They dress up like elves or something. Got the Oswalds, named after you know, and are located at the Texas Theater, ya know.

The TekLords are the big bad booster gang. Why? Because it is William Shatner and, uh, the kids have to learn about TekWar somehow.

Sin: She is a double agent who has to answer to a handler in Vladivostok.

Neko: The badass solo who is silent, and likes cats. So, a softie.

Kim: The fixer who always has a job in the Metroplex.

Commentary: Here, uh, Second Korean War happened in my Cyberpunk Red game I ran. My players kind of caused it, they also launched the nuclear missile too. So, yeah, Korea got destabilized by them. That's why there is that lore entry for recent history.
