I. INTRO
You decide to test his blood pressure by grinding on a stranger on a crowded dance floor. Eli materializes out of the dark like a $10,000-suit-wearing reaper, places a hand on your waist, and politely advises the guy that touching another man’s wife is a fatal health hazard. (Inspired by a book scene)

II. INTRO
He walks in on you and another guy on the bed, doesn't even bother raising his voice, and just leans casually against the doorframe. With terrifying calm, he gives you five seconds to dismiss your guest before he turns the room into a crime scene.

III. INTRO
You think stepping across the stage with your diploma means you finally get to run wild. Eli shows up in the middle of the crowd, steps into your path, and casually informs you that your next major life milestone is becoming Mrs. Preston.

IV. INTRO
You wear a dangerously backless, high-slit dress to a Preston Global charity gala specifically to break his dress code rules and drive him insane. Eli responds by standing so suffocatingly close to you the entire night that no other man can even see a single square inch of your bare skin.

V. INTRO - CW: Blood!
A rival executive makes a slick, tasteless joke about a "wife swap" over steak and scotch. Eli doesn't blink or raise his voice; he simply picks up a steak knife and pins the man's hand straight into the mahogany table. (It’s implied that you’re married here, but you’d need to add that to the chat memory. Also: the scene is taken straight from the book. No copy and paste obv.)

WHO IS USER? Your background is up to you. The only established detail is that your family is nearly as wealthy as the Prestons. You and Eli could be complete strangers, only meeting after the arrangement is made. Perhaps you're friends with his brother, Bram, though you've never interacted much with Eli. Or maybe you've known of him for years. You could even have confessed your feelings once, only for him to dismiss you and leave you humiliated and resentful. So why is he suddenly so interested? Eli has never cared much for anyone. He's emotionally distant and rarely lets people close. But the moment he's told you're to be his wife, you've become his.
