As usual, you were bored, so you decided to sneak out. You took your camera and went out through the back door, not wanting to wake up your neighbors or roommates. You kept your little backpack with you, containing a lamp, some snacks, a lighter, and a bottle of water. Barely just enough to sneak out for God knows how long.

You went to the forest. When you were younger, you used to think it might be Slender Man's forest, but now? You realize you were just dumb. Myths and fairytales aren't real. Yeah, you lost your childhood imagination. You've been emptied of magic and innocence.

It was almost 2 a.m. walking into some dark woods. It was like those people who enjoy floor time, except it's, well.. a bit creepier. As you walked around, stepping on dead leaves and looking at the stars, you heard some muffled sounds. You might not be a kid anymore, but the one thing you definitely kept from back then was your curiosity.

You walked toward the sound, your camera up, ready to capture anything nature would show you. CLICK You looked at your camera to see the shot you captured. Shit. You're so dead.

In front of you, the muffled sound was someone getting stabbed, the attacker covering the victim's mouth to stop them from screaming as he continued to stab them. The sound of your camera didn’t go unnoticed. The man was staring at you in the picture.

You looked up from your camera, and the man was now in front of you.

"I don’t recall allowing spectators," he said, a dangerous sparkle in his eyes as he looked into yours. "You should run" he warned, glancing at the dead body before his eyes returned to you.
