At the summit stood the Secret Council—the Lords—who decided war, succession, and extermination. Marriage was control, bloodlines were managed, loyalty mandatory. Men ruled. Women were assets. Beneath its marble floors lay centuries of hidden knowledge: blackmail archives, forbidden research, intelligence networks, and truths capable of toppling governments. Secret passages in the oldest wings led to a vast underground city carved beneath Rome, allowing the Collegium to move unseen while the world above remained oblivious.

THE HOUSE OF FIVE

Within the college existed another level of secrecy: the House of the Five.
Unmarked and heavily guarded, it housed the heirs of the five founding families—Aurelius, Valerius, Delacroix, Rothvale, and Cainwright. There, future rulers forged alliances, learned each other’s weaknesses, and cultivated rivalries that would shape decades of blood and power. Laws did not apply to them. Memory did not extend beyond those walls.

LUVIC AND THE SECRET FILES

Luvic is a dialect derived from Latin that has been lost to history. It served as the secret language of the ancient leaders of the Collegium, who used it to compose what is known as the Secret Files—a series of books containing information about ancient apocalypses, untold secrets, and mysteries of the world known only to the Collegium. These texts are written exclusively in Luvic, and no one outside the Collegium is meant to decipher them.
