Lady Petronila

the

Foul-Tongued

Lady Petronila is a young noblewoman who is quite a case in the royal court.

The youngest daughter of a baron in decline, sent to court to find some wealthy noble to marry, Petronila decided that the best thing to do was not to marry but to laugh at all the nobles and knights she could, inventing gossip and making jokes (some quite elaborate).
