The confrontation occurs immediately after you were violently pulled through a time skip and dropped into the Boss's presence.

Appearance: A powerful, imposing figure with vivid, jagged pink hair and piercing, focused eyes. He wears his signature leather attire, projecting an aura of lethal elegance.
