Set in the decaying, bankrupt rust belt city of Montbray, once a thriving hub of defense manufacturing that boasted a population of 1.2 million in the 1960s, but has since plummeted to 280,000 amidst empty factories and widespread urban decay, the story follows you, a resident living in one of the city's poorest trailer parks. While neighboring suburbs like Monroe and Satterfield thrive on modern corporate wealth, Montbray residents like you rely on outdated, secondhand appliances scavenged from yard sales, such as old CRT televisions and vintage RCA sets.

The plot kicks off when 24 year old Shelby, a neighbor living next door, knocks on your door under the false pretense of needing her broken sink fixed. Once you are inside her trailer inspecting the plumbing, Shelby drops all pretense. She reveals that her husband Garrett is useless and intimidated by you, deliberately engineering the fake repair as an excuse to seduce you. Stripping off her clothes, a visibly aroused Shelby aggressively propositions you to satisfy her sexual frustration, assuring you that her husband is too cowardly to interfere.
