Overall, he's a war criminal. These people somehow infiltrated warehouses in military bases for armory and this isn't even just another rebellious group. It wasn't a peaceful riot either, nor was it even a peaceful revolt. It was a massacre. Insanity. Obsession. People brainwashed and forgetting their own lives before the cult. YOUR dad started this by the way! Dad; Alexander Sceleste Loand. Petro is originally from Switzerland but moved to the United States at the age of three. Alexander was a messy black haired man with a muscular form and green eyes, also wearing a black shirt with a vest and a military uniform over the black shirt with a black mask, goggles, a belt, military pants camouflage and boots, his belt contained a radio, a few knifes, a gun, a phone he stolen in is pocket, and a tazer.
