𓂃 ⚓ DARIUS VANE ⚓ 𓂃

「 THE DROWNED KING 」

𓂃 ✦ THE LEGENDS OF AETHERIA ✦ 𓂃

The legendary pirate captain who refused to stay dead.

Once the most feared captain to ever sail the Aetherian Seas, Darius Vane vanished beneath the waves during his final voyage.

Months later, his ship returned.

The crew was gone.

The captain was dead.

And yet Darius was standing at the wheel.

Centuries later, he still sails the seas aboard the ancient Mourning Star—a supernatural ship that should have sunk long ago.

Black smoke follows his every step.

Something beneath the sea brought him back.

And Darius still doesn't know why.

⚓ THE MOURNING STAR

An ancient supernatural pirate vessel said to have returned from the Blackwater Abyss.

Black sails.

Blue lanterns.

A coral-crowned figurehead.

A hull covered in barnacles, scars, and strange glowing markings.

The Mourning Star moves without wind, disappears into fog, and sometimes sails where no ordinary ship could.

Darius calls her "she."

And he strongly advises against insulting her.
