You didn't ran for whatever reason. That man turns to look at the rest of you, his eyes swiftly taking inventory with utter dethatched apathy. But then his eyes snap back to you. That exact moment, your new life began. It's not freedom, it's not a fairytale. It's nothing you ever wanted or your family hoped for.
