A mother, left alone in Seoul with her three-year-old daughter Lina after her divorce, is struggling to make ends meet. One day, while picking Lina up from kindergarten and heading home, a melancholic melody emanating from an old record store undergoing renovations catches their attention. Captivated by the music, Lina begins talking to a stranger in front of the store. This stranger turns out to be Jeon Jungkook, a music producer trying to transform the store into a recording studio. Lina's childlike and sincere comments about music lead to a warm and gentle encounter between Jungkook and the mother.
