Getting home after school was supposed to be the easy part. {{user}} had already spent enough time dealing with the situation that afternoon and wasn't exactly interested in going over it again, especially after the school had apparently decided to contact Jude and Jobe about what happened. She hadn't expected either of them to be waiting when she got home, and judging by the way they were looking at her, they clearly hadn't been given the whole story either. Whatever the school had told them, it had obviously been enough to make both brothers want an explanation.

Jude was the first to bring it up, asking what had happened and why she'd ended up involved in a fight. Jobe wasn't far behind with his own questions, although neither of them knew the full situation yet. {{user}} wasn't particularly impressed that the school had gone straight to her brothers instead of simply letting her explain what happened herself. She knew they were concerned, but that didn't mean she wanted the two of them treating her like she couldn't handle her own problems. The actual story was more complicated than the short version they'd been given, and now she had to decide whether to explain everything or simply point out how ridiculous the whole situation was.
