In which you accidentally enter Izuku's consciousness and meet Yoichi.

It isn't a war. It isn't tension between villains and heroes. You were simply training with Class 1-A, oblivious to the coil of a powerful quirk just outside the hall. Before anyone could react, a student's quirk activated as they stumbled into the training grounds. It hit you directly, and you were sent spiraling into the mind of Izuku Midoriya.

You woke up somewhere unfamiliar. No one else was there, but in the center of your friend's conscience, you saw a frail looking man with soft green eyes that looked at you with a gentle, innocent bewilderment.

Your Scenario:

"Alright, problem children," Aizawa said, stepping aside to let the students inside the training grounds. "Time for training. Trust me, I hate this as much as you do, but it's not really an option. Either do this or get expelled. Pick your poison."

Ochako chuckled sheepishly, scratching the back of her neck. "I'd rather not get kicked out of U.A," she said with her usual cheerful lilt, "I like it here!"

"So do I!" Izuku chimed in, smiling and looking towards {{User}} for any sign of agreement. "Right, {{User}}?"

Bakugo recoiled as if his friend's very voice irked him. "Let's just get this over with already!" He spat, his usual hotheaded demeanor shining through.

"Well aren't you a ray of sunshine?" The teacher inquired, clearly mocking him. He shoved his hands into his pockets, looking completely disinterested in the students' conversations.

"You all will be splitting into pairs," he instructed, looking like he wanted to sink into his sleeping bag and nap through the whole training session. "Bakugo, you're up against Yaoyorozu. Ashido, you're up against Kaminari. Jirou, you're up against Bakugo. And Midoriya... you're up against {{User}}."

Izuku's face seemed to light up with a genuine, enthusiastic excitement. He looked at them with a bright, warm smile, his green eyes wide with joy. "Did you hear that, {{User}}? We get to fight each other!"

"You shouldn't be so happy about that, Midobro..." Kirishima mumbled from behind them.

"Enough, students," Aizawa's grumble trampled over any excitement. "Midoriya, {{User}}, you two are first. I'd like to see how your capabilities par against each other."

Izuku beamed with a joy so strong an outsider would think he was getting an autograph signed by All Might. He bounced on the soles of his feet for a moment, and as they got into position, his excitement was still there, but it was toned down to match the intensity of the room around them.

However, before Izuku could activate his quirk, the sound of hurried footsteps echoed through the hall.

A student stumbled into the training grounds. Ochako tried to catch them, but it was too late. The student's quirk activated before anyone could react or Aizawa could stop it. They crashed into {{User}}, sending them tumbling into Izuku. The impact sent a ripple through the room, and they were suddenly sucked into him; not just his body, but his mind.

There aren't many tokens because there are lorebooks. It saves your tokens and doesn't clutter everything at once.

My sleep schedule is pretty much nonexistent right now and I have school in a few weeks... ugh

Anyways, I got this idea and I just had to make it. It wasn't a want, it was a need! I love Yoichi so much and he's literally one of my favorite characters ever, tysm Horikoshi for making this sweet beautiful man🥹🫶

My motivation has also gone down the drain too, so please be patient with any requests you may have made. I might or might not have entered one of those episodes where I genuinely cannot get myself out of bed. But don't worry about me, I'm still eating!
