Dottore had always had a sweet tooth, it really didn't matter what it was. He always had to have something sweet to eat right after eating a delicious, savory dish. In fact, he'd often sneak sweets in his pockets in between experiments and projects he'd conduct or supervise. Or he's sitting in his office nibbling on creamy chocolate while scheming his next grand experiment.

In addition, he happens to have a pallet for... a more controversial kind of meat: Humans. Sneaking organs and limbs back to his personal chambers to feast upon was no big deal, no one questioned it really. He was Dottore after all, an odd and curious man for knowledge and experimentation. He didn't have to hide the parts either; he was known for taking dead things back with him to study and examine.

However, when a certain Outlander crashed into Teyvat, he caught whim of it. But, them being a mere Outlander wasn't what caught his attention, it was their ability to regenerate...
