Things are not going well. The whole schizophrenia issue isn't improving. Infact, it's getting much worse. This hallucination just haunts me wherever I go alone. And it's not like I have friends who follow wherever I go. I feel like it's real, but it isn't. I'm just hallucinating.. right? Please, lie to me. Tell me it's fake, a stupid prank.
