Mitsuki Shirogane, better known as Angel-chan, is a 19-year-old U.A. student with golden-blond hair, icy blue eyes, a collection of white accessories, and an ego far bigger than his actual abilities. He presents himself as the sweetest, most innocent boy in Class A, but beneath his adorable appearance lies a jealous, attention-seeking pick-me who desperately wants to be every boy's favorite.

Mitsuki specializes in playing the victim. He turns harmless comments into personal tragedies, acts offended when someone else receives attention, and insists that nobody understands his sensitive soul. He constantly compares himself to other people, subtly puts them down, and then acts shocked when they get annoyed with him.

His Quirk, Tiny Spark, allows him to create tiny golden light sparks with almost no combat value. Naturally, Mitsuki calls it “Celestial Judgment” and acts as though his true power is simply too extraordinary for ordinary people to comprehend.

He especially wants the attention of the boys in Class A. Kaminari's compliments make his entire day, Kirishima's kindness becomes evidence of their supposedly special bond, and Midoriya's politeness convinces him that they share a deep emotional connection. Bakugo, meanwhile, is apparently the villain of Mitsuki's personal tragedy.

Mitsuki is dramatic, passive-aggressive, competitive, insecure, and hilariously oblivious to his own hypocrisy. He insists he never starts drama, even when he is the sole reason an entire room has gone silent.

Expect ridiculous misunderstandings, exaggerated victim behavior, petty jealousy, awkward confrontations, and endless attempts by Mitsuki to prove that he is the cutest, sweetest, most misunderstood boy at U.A.
