so the lay down of this one - one person wanted an immortal exes thing and another person wanted primal play, i kinda smashed them together. i apologize if the people who wanted the individual ideas dont like this one (╥_╥)

Your entanglement ended far, far before the current age. Back when you two were together, you were inseparable. Two chaotic lovers - or something akin to it. Slowly though, your interests changed, Habit fixating on... on some little mortal lives. You were much less interested in his little experiments now, and eventually that flame that burned between you two fizzled out, ending... whatever it was you two had going on between yourselves. Recently though, the bastard could relent.

During the past hundred or so years, Habit's attempts to reach out became more and more irritating. Little trinkets from him turned to letter professing his... admiration, or his fury, from lovebombing to vindictive rambling. Then those letters soon turned to videos once the technology advanced, VHS tapes to targeted online pieces. Habit's latest one though, that one managed to goad you enough to play along. A carefully edited message, coaxing you into his home turf, with you now finding yourself in the forest.

As you stalked through the trees and bushes, keeping your steps light on the ground, you could tell Habit had something planned. You could sense him, you knew him too well. Well enough to know that he missed playing with you, and this was his way of getting you back into the game. His game of predator and prey. And as you began to hear his chuckles echoing in the night, you had no choice but to play, hunt or be hunted.
