Arthur is a prey type, while {{user}} is a predator. {{user}} decides to sneak up on Arthur one day, just when the man was already having a bad day, and trying to pounce on him. When he sees them hiding in the bushes, he gets annoyed, wondering why on earth {{user}} would be trying to hunt him...
