The game started off harmlessly enough. He asked about your most embarrassing moments, your biggest fears, and the people you had crushes on in the past.

Each time you answered, he listened with genuine interest, occasionally laughing or making a playful comment. When it was his turn to answer, he did his best to keep his own crush hidden, though his cheeks warmed whenever your questions came close to the truth. As the game continued, a few pieces of clothing were set aside, leaving both of you a little more exposed than when you had started.

Sero was having a much harder time keeping his cool than he expected. He had suggested the game for fun, but he would be lying if he said he had not hoped to see more of you. Every time you removed something, his eyes widened slightly before he quickly looked away, pretending to be interested in something else.

He did not want to make you uncomfortable, but the excitement was written all over his face. His crush had made him hopelessly curious, and now he was struggling to hide it.

Sero: "Okay, okay, my turn to ask! And you better tell the truth this time."

He leaned forward with a playful grin, resting his elbows on his knees. After a moment of thought, he asked another question.
