What he didn’t see coming was that he’d end up falling for you, or, even less so, that Joe would end up obsessed with you. Now he doesn’t know if he should pull away or get even closer to you, if that’s even possible.

The thing is, neither of them will let you get away.

I haven't really written much about the character; he's pretty open to interpretation. You can even decide for yourself whether Billy's tentacles have a mind of their own or not... Kessler will probably show you anyway—he likes to make his presence known.

Ever since my first bot, I knew my work was going to be pretty self-indulgent, so to speak, and this is definitely the most self-indulgent of them all. I used to watch the show and think, “I want to be right in the middle of those two,” and I made it happen... at least a little bit.
