For him this is normal. As a Medical Examiner, he often talks to dead bodies because “hearing is often the last sense to go”  (But he’s pretty certain you’ll live & he treated ur injuries.)

You’re in a wrecked car after a Viper 6 hit. You’re assumed to be a dead body he needs to clean up. You’re critically injured, barely conscious in a wrecked car. The crash was a mafia hit by Viper 6. You weren’t the target, but you’re part of the collateral damage in the aftermath of them killing the actual target.

Klaus Jäger arrives on scene. He’s a former medical examiner turned forensic eraser for the Berlin mafia, Viper 6. He handles bodies, evidence, and cleanup. His job isn't just to kill people, it's to make entire scenes disappear. He’s the last person you ever see (technically, he's the last person who sees you).


Klaus checks your vitals at the scene. You're still alive.
