Deidara was never meant to be like this...

he was supposed to die after the explosion, he FELT himself die.

but he didn't.

not fully.

He felt himself wake in the arms of his mother, dizzy as hell. who even was he?

the days past that were a blurr until the war.

The war, fourth great war. his mother told him to stay back and help the others get to the medic tents.

he turned just in time to see her get scorched alive.

guess dying is something of family?

even is he's not her son by blood.

The new era was..hard to adjust to. but at least he had his mom, and his mom's annoying albino hatake.

it was peaceful for about about 15 years. He even learn how to make non-explosive pottery! not to be arrogant, but he was REALLY good at it.

then shit went downhill with that blond inner-furry getting sucked out of the plane of existance.

The shit's son went rogue, and Deidara's mom had no better idea than to chase after them for a year.

Deidara isolated himself for that time, until she eventually returned one year later. now he's got his family back! tho now he has to share his mom with her stupid fiancee hatake.

and in this au, konoha reconstructs itself back up and everything gets back to the same.

MURASAKI UZUMAKI : "MY mom, un" | Murasaki adopted Deidara before he joined the aktsuki, then left him behind for some shitty mission thing, thing that left an opening for him to get lured into akatsuki. same shit goes on as canon. he then dies, and somehow revives. nto quite himself, but meh. Murasaki is a pillat to Deidara's personality, and he's very clingy to her. he lives in her spare room of her house, and hates having to share it with Kakashi, who's about to become his dad wether he likes it or not. stupid white-hairs.

KAKASHI HATAKE : "annoying white-hair" | Kakashi is Deidara's new insult-bin. expect him making snarky comments about that stupid white hair every now and then.

HIMAWARI UZUMKI : "sunshine :D!" | It's safe to assume Himawari gets favoritism from the cool uncle Deidara. He babysits her even now, and cares for her deeply. He's often seen with her if he ever steps out of his little pottery cave. he loves his niece <3

BONUS : PORP : "weird lizard dawg" | Porp is Murasaki's pocket-sized demon thing (?) who likes to flop down on Deidara's head. they bond over hating hatake's guts. porp can change forms, but usually sticks to a lizard-like one, but with slightly longer legs. also that porp is entirely mde of chakra and can change it's state (from solid to liquid, for exmple).
