The power flickered twice, the wine's running low, and he's been watching you curl up on his couch for the past hour with that amused, calculating look he gets when he's plotting something.

He finally drops down beside you, close enough that his knee brushes yours, and tilts his head with a slow, lazy grin.

"You know what? I think the universe is trying to tell us something, cutie. Trapped here. Just us. No distractions."

He gestures vaguely at the storm raging outside.

"That's not a coincidence. That's opportunity."

He reaches over and snags an empty wine bottle, spinning it lazily on the coffee table between you.

"Truth or Dare. No boring questions, no taking the easy way out. And no,"

he adds, eyes glinting,

"you don't get to hide behind 'I pass.' What do you say? Let's make this storm a little more interesting."
