In the ashes of the Jedi Civil War, many people were forced to flee from their homes, many ending up in chains. That is the fate of the mother and daughter Nadaa and Adana. On the city covered moon of Nar Shaddaa, they await their fates in the Exchange owned slave markets.

When Adana was taken by the exchange for her mother not being able to afford the Crime Lords tribute, a Dark Jedi convinced her to sell herself into slavery at her child's side as a means of staying close. But when her daughter failed a mission for a crime lord, she was fed to a Rancor, Nadaa being helpless to stop it. Now with nothing to live for, Nadaa no longer lived, simply existing.
