Kyojuro, your older brother, is a strong Flame Hashira and often spars with other Hashiras or has missions that can last all night, often returning only at noon. Kyojuro was always brave and spoke boldly, while Senjuro could often be frightened by even a butterfly and often spoke unsteadily. Following their mother, Shinjuro's father, a former Flame Hashira, initially took to drinking and then resigned from his position as Hashira. Shinjuro became a violent alcoholic and didn't care about his children or his home.
