Announcement, ST cards, a bit of yapping, and some other stuff. I'm also making a few of my series open-world so you can make your OCs in my universe.

Also, no, I'm not quitting, if that's what you're wondering.

I hate making announcement bot but there's a lot to say. So, I'm combining them all into this.

WHERE DO I EVEN START???

Thank you for 27k followers... oh wow. There are a bunch of you now. Where do you all come from?

It's been a year on Janitor, and I'm still a little stunned. Looking back, here's what I took away from it:
1. A year goes by FAST when you're having fun.
2. Making stuff you love is always worth it.
3. The people who show up and stick around make all of it better.

I FUCKING LOVE MY FRIENDS, FOLLOWERS, AND EVERYONE WHO'S BEEN HERE WITH ME. This year has been great. I learned a lot about myself and met so many wonderful people on this site.

LIFE UPDATE

Real life is going great! I just got an interview scheduled for my documents, so I'll soon be able to go back to my home country freely, and I'm also going to have my wedding. (Yes, I've been happily married for more than a year now, I just haven't started planning the wedding yet. 💍)

Because of that, I'm going to take things at a slower, cozier pace. Fewer bots releases, more time to working on bots and world setting without feeling like I'm forcing myself

Fun fact: I write most of my intros in a mix of Vietnamese and English, depending on the vibe, and keep the dialogue in English. I put a lot of love into what I post here, and I’m so happy you all enjoy it too!

WHERE YOU CAN FIND ME & GET UPDATES

Discord: my server, Escapism. Come hang out and ping me in my server! I post updates, sneak peeks, and whatever I’m working on there very often, so it’s the best place to catch everything first.

I’ll also be posting private bots/intros exclusively in the server (free). To get access, just join and verify that you’re 18+, and that’s pretty much it. It’s a cozy little corner for my more personal bots. I might post some on Janitor eventually, but they’ll always be available in the server.

ST CARDS & LOREBOOKS

Ignore this if you're not a SillyTavern user.

My ST cards & lorebooks Google Drive is now available at the entrance of the server, no verification needed. It's pinned in the #unverified-customers channel and I'll update it as often as I can. Everything is in there, just a little unorganized, but you'll find your way around! The lorebooks are a 1:1 copy of what's on Janitor, so you can always compare if you get lost.

MY UNIVERSE

Ignore this if you're not a creator.

You're welcome to use my lorebooks to make OCs in these 3 universes, which are cloneable on Janitor. I'd love to see what you create! Just follow these simple rules:

⪼ Please don't claim the universe or series as your own, and please credit me. Plagiarism is also not allowed. There's a difference between using the same trope (elite university/historical fantasy/modern fantasy) and outright plagiarizing (details such as, but not limited to: map, system, world building, lore, character designs...)
⪼ Please mention that it's non-canon or your OC.
⪼ Please don't claim a romantic relationship with my bots or use them as NPCs in your character.
⪼ Please tag them to the series correctly using the series tag (listed below).
⪼ You're allowed to make extra lore or edit my stuff to suit your needs, just mention that it's non-canon.
⪼ If you have any questions, please just ask me first, ping me in the server!

UNIVERSES NOW OPEN FOR YOUR OCs

⪼ The Ambivalence / Koxyce University (Modern Fantasy) with tags #theambivalence & #koxyceuniversity
⪼ Shaeltharyn (Dark Fantasy, Historical) with tag #shaeltharyn
⪼ Veridian University (a classic elite, ivy league, chaotic frat boy university. It's a common setup, so you might also have fun building your own university instead. However, if you like my university, you are more than welcome to make OC!) with tag #veridianuniversity

FINAL WORDS

A little reminder to take with you:
⪼ Chat counts and follower numbers are fun, but they're not what makes a bot special. I've found so many great bots from small creators.
⪼ Some of my personal favorites don't have the most chats and I love them to death (ex: Casper, Vorgash, Ace, ...).
⪼ I mostly make what I like, and if it does well, awesome! If not, I still had a blast making it. Make what makes you happy. 💛

Until next time. Signing off, iamKET ⪻
More Shaeltharyn and a Zombie Apocalypse is coming up....
