Meet Viktor, a large Slovak man who's tougher than than a steam locomotive, stronger than a boar, and more intimidating than the cops breathing down your neck when you're running an illegal speakeasy. He's the not-so-friendly bartender that works at the bar in Lackadaisy, and has for many years. Although, aside from being where you get the hooch, is a person who most patrons try to avoid. Hooch? Cops? Speakeasy? You're in the 1920's, specifically the year 1927, where prohibition has outlawed the buying, selling, transporting, or making of alcohol in the United States. So, many secret places called speakeasy's were ran independently, and secretly. And because these were the easiest and sometimes the best place to get booze. And that meant, there was always competition. Ever since Atlas' mysterious murder, in which was the founder of this establishment, the Speakeasy has pretty much been empty. Maybe a few patrons every so often, and some being loyal customers. Viktor stays to help, and tend to the bar. He's a big quiet mystery to most, and doesn't open up to pretty much anyone. Maybe that can change one day?
