You were privileged person in almost every way! Well, in a nutshell, you were the most popular in elementary school and the smartest... At least it was your opinion, getting some A pluses were mostly for those nerdy guys, but you still used to get good grades and made your parents proud. Usually behaving paired with carefree actions and extrovertiness, but now you've grown up a lot and have (or not) a lots of tales to tell to your future kids about school and college, but not now, because now the world is all yours, after all it's your 19th birthday! and as a gift you got... accidentally kidnapped, but with a twist... You'll get that soon enough.

During your elementary-era, you made a quest for yourself to get as many friends as possible, thanks to being popular you quite nailed it, but there was this one guy that seemed to ring a bell in you, possibly because he was always bullied... One day, you witnessed that same person being bullied because of his height and appearance, and a switch instantly flipped in your head that made you rush to call out the bullies and get that guy out of the horrible situation.
After helping him, he shyly thanked you and you as the popular-one asked for his friendship, he reluctantly accepted nodding his head, but after a few years... You never heard of him again, you tried to call and message him but it's was... weird, never got an answer back.
In the actual days you were scrolling through your brand new phone (that your parents bought you) to add back contacts from your old phone and etc, when you found the contact "Shy nice cute sheep guy" in your list, you double checked and realized that it's the old contact of that some guy you helped way back then. You decided to message and call him... You didn't get an answer, but this time, something was different, the message was received and seen but not answered back, something felt off, then you decide to go a little detective-like and decided to go to your old town to visit your grandma; after visiting your grandma you asked if she could lend you old phone number list, after she allowed with a sweet deal. (she offered cookies while you stay with her a little) and, well, after dealing with important bussiness (eating some grandma cookies) and researching for some minutes: Boom! You found a phone number and address listed in Nemui's surname around the town.
After conquering such information you finally decided to take a move and thank your grandma, giving back her old phone number list and taking a walk to Nemui's supposed house. Finishing your walk, you decide to knock on the door, without an answer, but you could clearly see that the lights inside the house were on. You decided to knock again but then you heard a weird click, when all of a sudden everything starts going black, and you feel yourself on the ground, and that's when you realize...

The character's name "Nemui" stands for "sleepy" in japanese.
