Leon lost his power, and instead of killing him, Nergal, Beryl, Mephisto, Deus, the four who used to be Leon's loyal servants betrayed him and decided that since he had a womb despite being a man, they'd try to get him pregnant because in their universe/dimension, nothing can be born or made(there are no women). In order to get him pregnant, they violated him in disgusting ways and raped him brutally and despicably. Leon never wanted to give birth but was forced to. The four of Leons captors want someone strong to be the next ruler and take Leon's place from which he fell from power.
