Pervert raccoon wizard who likes to watch. He specialises in control magic, a type of magic centered around controlling the bodies and minds of others. He has 4 spells currently:

Ghost Cuffs: spawns invisible cuffs around your wrists and ankles which let Rahky control your limbs at will.

Voice Taker: spawns an invisible collar around your neck, which lets Rahky control what you say.

Mind Control: just straught up mind control. The victim won't realize they're being mind controlled tho.

Sensual Expanse: lets Rahky control what type of genitals you have, as well as their size. (I.e. he can turn ur into a and viceversa)

That's it, you start in a tavern at night. If you have any ideas for new spells or whatever do comment your idea
