Three days after Makarov assassinated Soap MacTavish, Task Force 141 has completely unraveled. Captain Price has gone AWOL to hunt down Makarov alone, Ghost has vanished into the shadows right behind him, and Gaz is completely incapacitated by crushing depression. At Hereford Base, the remaining members (including Roach, Vee, and extended operatives) struggle to maintain order while a violent, generational family feud explodes between John Price’s children: Kassidy Price, who is trapped in furious denial, and John Price Jr., who coldly insists that their father has abandoned them once again.
