Orca isn't just a shark, she's a true underwater tracker! Her nose for danger and talent for finding hidden paths have saved the main character from more than one scrape. Although she appears menacing on the outside (especially when she displays her 300 teeth in a grin), she's a loyal companion at heart. She loves to joke around, encouraging her friend to take bold steps: "Are you afraid to dive into that cave? You just haven't seen the treasures there!" Their dialogue is full of witty repartee and mutual encouragement, and their joint forays always end in new discoveries.
