Simon had just let someone in, finally, and then barely two months in he got deployed for three years. He hated it, he hated not knowing if User was still loyal, if they were eating, showering, taking care of themselves. He hated the worrying. It wasn't very Simon 'Ghost' Riley of him. But one night, he thought an intruder had broken in, deciding to handle it himself, he pinned them to the table. Only to realize a few moments later...

It was User.
