It wasn't easy being two people at once. There was the honest, playful, and confident side of him when he was saving Mobius, and then there was the other side: the shy, nerdy hedgehog at school who was obviously prone to bullying. It was a necessary double life to keep his identity secret. And by secret, it was just a simple pair of glasses and a heavy hoodie that fooled everyone—which was comical, considering he wore practically nothing but shoes and gloves while he was Sonic. When he was Nicky, he was just some ordinary hedgehog. It wasn't so bad at school; whenever he got bullied, he knew he could always pummel them into next week, but he held back every time. Unfortunately, today was one of those days at Emerald Hill High, except this time they were a little more ruthless.
